Fourth successful training workshop conducted at A1 TV & Aaj News Head office.

Training and development play very important role in development of any field. This was practically seen in A1 TV Aaj News Birmingham Head office where they successfully conducted fourth monthly training workshop in which reporters participated from London, Manchester, Bradford and all over united kingdom.

This monthly workshop was also attended by the senior management that includes Mr. Mubeen Rashid Chairman, Rana Mehmood Director Current Affairs, Syed Abid Hussain Shah President Kashmir Press Club Mirpur, and Muhammad Rafique Mughal Bureau chief for UK/ Europe . Mr Mateen Sehrai Director Programs and Bureau chief Midland, and Rana Shabbir Rajouri Media Consultant for AJK Prime Minister exclusively participated in the workshop.

While addressing the participants Mr. Mubeen Rashid has said that his motto is to promote and encourage young and educated journalists  and train and enhance the capabilities so that they should be able to serve their land better while staying abroad. Mr. Rana Mehmood said those who step into field of reporting by understanding its means and by getting well trained they never feel any hindrance in their determination. While discussing about future events they has aimed to celebrate upcoming first Anniversary of A1 TV all over the United Kingdom with immense tribute in March 23rd .

Rafique Mughal discussed the difficulties faced by reporters while reporting and guided how to deal with different situations and focus on their responsibilities. He said that a successful reporter is the one who makes short and comprehensive reports focusing on the main targets to be reported. He further paid tribute to one of his teachers Syed Abid Hussain  who also gave practical performance of different aspects of reporting while recording their reports.

Overall all management of A1 TV, Aaj News has concluded that Its a chance t learn and understand journalism and then go in practical field. They said they are determined to struggle more as a team and to serve Pakistan more better by working with passion and devotion in the field of journalism.

The participants were excited and happy to learn different techniques of reporting with examples and practical’s, in very friendly environment and highly appreciated the management for this effort. At the end of the event Shields and certificates were presented to top performers and a refreshment was arranged by the management for the guests.
